How do I make sure emails reach their destinations?

Any time you’re sending emails from a third-party email system, like MeetMax, there’s a difference between the From address and the server address.

When you email from MeetMax:

  • The From address is a yourdomain.com address.
  • The server address is meetmax.com.

Your company’s network firewall is comparing these two details, seeing the difference, and interpreting that as spam.

Adding MeetMax as a trusted sender

Your IT team upgrades firewall settings periodically. It’s important that they add MeetMax’s IP addresses to your internal “Allow List” of trusted senders.

These are the IP addresses to add:

198.21.6.131
o1.em.meetmax.com
