How do I update my firewall to make MeetMax a trusted email sender?
Any time you’re sending emails from a third-party email system, like MeetMax, there’s a difference between:
- The From address
- The server address
When you email from MeetMax:
- The From address is a yourdomain.com address.
- The server address is meetmax.com.
Your company’s network firewall could compare these two details, see the difference, and interpret that as spam.
Adding MeetMax as a trusted sender
Your IT team upgrades firewall settings periodically. It’s important that they add MeetMax’s IP addresses to your internal “Allow List” of trusted senders.
These are the IP addresses to add:
