How do I set my Events List to show only current/upcoming events?

As of February 2025, we’ve changed the format of your Events List page.  Learn more about how it works here.

By default, the new format lists all of your current and past events together. Your team might prefer to see only current and upcoming events. Here’s how to set that view.

Step 1. Set the Filter menu to Current Events. This filter also includes future events:
Step 2. If you want the list to display start dates in a specific order, click on the Start Date column heading.
You can click multiple times to toggle between ascending and descending order:
Every linked column heading works this way. So if you wanted to sort events by city, for example, you could click on that column header.
Step 3. When you have the configuration you need, bookmark this page in your browser.
If you use this bookmark to access MeetMax, after you log in you’ll automatically see your customized layout.
