Can participants reply to a MeetMax batch email?
When you send a batch email from MeetMax, recipients can reply.
Replies go to the email address in the From field:
That’s often your MeetMax account email, but you might have added a different address while composing the batch email.
If you’ve added a CC for any Client Reps to the batch email, those reps can also reply:
When they do, the reply also goes to the From address.
