Activity Registrations

Displayed on this page is the registration list for each activity. Each attendee who has signed up for an activity is listed, once for each activity, along with the details of their registration - including any options or notes they added.

From this page, you can download, email or print the attendee list to send to any facility who might need to see the list for particular activities.

You can filter this list on the activity names and the details of the attendee. And for your reporting, you can add other fields to the report using the Columns sub-tab.    And if there are specific filters and column layouts that you will need often - then use the Custom Report tab to save it as a named Report you can get back to in the  Load Report dropdown.

Change Reports:  Note: After you send the initial rooming list to your activity facilities contacts, use the change report to view/print/send only those registrations that are new or changed since the report was last sent. For instructions on using the Change Report, click on   Reports > Change Reports > Activity using the navigation.
