How this list works

The Meeting Location Reports page is designed to be a handy link list, where you can quickly access reports from different areas of MeetMax:

Depending on the report, when you click the link you’ll either:

  • Be taken to a report page in MeetMax
  • Download an Excel file, to open in your favorite spreadsheet software

Below, you’ll find a short description of each report.

Conference at a Glance report

This flexible report gives you complete overviews of any event day. You can choose what to include:

  • Attendees
  • Meeting locations
  • Scheduled meetings
  • Availability

In this example, we’ve set the report to Location by Time Slots - a useful view for meeting locations.

Set your configurations in the bar at the top of the page, then click View:

You can also filter the report to narrow down the view. Here, we’re looking at the locations of a single Company’s meetings:

You can combine filters, just as you would on the Attendee or Company Lists.

You can also filter by a wide variety of criteria:

When you have the view you need, you can print this report to PDF:

Meeting Location reports

  • Meeting Location Report - Showing meetings for each location: You’ll choose any event day, and then see all of the meetings that are currently scheduled in each location. This report leaves out unscheduled time slots.
  • Meeting Location Report - Showing meetings and empty periods for each location: You'll choose any event day. The report shows all of your meeting locations, and all time slots for each one. You’ll see which time slots have meetings, and which are unscheduled.
  • Available Locations for each Time Slot: This report is handy if you need to schedule a last-minute meeting, and need a quick view of the available locations at that time.
  • Meeting Location Availability Right Now (3hr time span): This report is designed for on-site use during your event. It shows the locations that are available for the 3 hours after you run the report.
  • Location/Meeting Spreadsheet with Attendee Count: This report helps you monitor how many people are participating in meetings at each location, in each time slot. That way you can make sure no location exceeds its capacity.
  • Room Reservation Summary: This report lists all types of meeting locations you’ve set up for your event, like Rooms, Tables, Booths, and so on. You’ll see how many locations of each type you have, and of those, how many have been reserved for a participant to use. This way, you can make sure you’re keeping enough open locations where anyone can schedule meetings.
