When you pull up the grid of meetings by time slot, or rooms by time slot - the grid can be large and scroll off the screen.  Printing it can be difficult.

The best browser for printing the grid if Firefox.  If you are in the grid - and right mouse click - you can open the frame in a new tab.  Only do this is the grid is large and you have very specific printing requirements.

next, you can use Firefox's print preview ability to size the grid for printing.  

 Then you can print.   Firefox is currently better for this than IE or Chrome.  Chrome has a good "Open Frame in new tab" Add On - but is weak for "shrink to Fit" printing.  IE is the opposite - good for Shrink-to-fit, but weak on opening the frame in a tab to avoid the setting header.
