What are Multiple Diaries?

A company - always a company - may be able to have more than one meeting at the same time.   This feature is only available in what MeetMax calls Groups Mode - so be sure that your event is in Groups Mode if you wish to use it.

The Number of Diaries field can be added to the Company contact form and set to a number like 2 or 3.    If left blank - this is the same as setting to 1.    2 diaries meaning that a company can have 2 meetings in the same time slot.

How to add a second meeting for an occupied time slot. 

If the 10am time slot is completely empty - then create the first meeting the normal way.   Click on a request name from the left section of the Meeting Times page - and click the Schedule At.. button for the 10am slot.

But the second meeting - you need to use a different method.   Start by clicking the Add Meeting slot. 

Then start typing the name of the person you want to put in the second meeting in the Add Attendee space.    Click on them once found.

Then you will be presented with a choice of time slots.  If the person you selected is available at 10am - this will include the 10am slot.  Pick this and then click Submit.  You have now created a second 10am meeting.

Avoid creating a group meeting by mistake.

Note: if a 10am meeting exists already - and you use the normal method of clicking someone on the left, and clicking the Schedule At.. button for 10am - you will create a group meeting.  A single meeting with all those people in it.  This is the standard method for creating group meetings and is no different even if the company has more than one diary.
