How do I put a Presentation on everyone's schedule? (Span rooms)
As you’re adding a Presentation to your event, you can designate it to be added to everyone’s schedule automatically.
These are the two fields to use in the Add Presentation form:
- Is Universal: Set this to Yes to place the presentation on all participants’ schedules automatically.
- Span Rooms: Set this to Yes if you want this presentation to be the only thing scheduled in its time slot. All other presentation locations will be blocked from scheduling during this presentation.
