Attendees and Companies at your event will need to take a number of actions in MeetMax, such as:
- Setting blackout times
- Submitting meeting requests
- Adding Company Reps
- Signing up for Activities
The exact actions will depend on your event. MeetMax keeps track of what each participant needs to do.
When a participant logs into MeetMax, the Welcome page has a Notifications icon:
On the Notifications page, the participant has a list of actions to take, with links to the correct location:
When the participant has completed all the steps, the Notifications icon will disappear. It reappears any time there’s a new action to take.
Participant account pages will be branded for your event, and contain the menu options you’ve enabled. | |
