How do participants know what actions they need to take?

Attendees and Companies at your event will need to take a number of actions in MeetMax, such as:

  • Setting blackout times
  • Submitting meeting requests
  • Adding Company Reps
  • Signing up for Activities

The exact actions will depend on your event. MeetMax keeps track of what each participant needs to do.

When a participant logs into MeetMax, the Welcome page has a Notifications icon:

On the Notifications page, the participant has a list of actions to take, with links to the correct location:

When the participant has completed all the steps, the Notifications icon will disappear. It reappears any time there’s a new action to take.

Participant account pages will be branded for your event, and contain the menu options you’ve enabled.
It’s likely you’ll also be sending your participants email reminders throughout your event.
