How it’s used:
• This report lists all Companies that have available time slots, and what those time slots are.
• You can run this report for all Companies, or filter it down to show one Company, or several.

Your event might have a slightly different name for the Company role. |
- Step 1. Head to the Meetings tab. Choose Availability Report:
- Step 2. In the Filter tab, set the filter to Role, and then choose Company:
- Step 3. The report now has all Companies, with all their available time slots. You can export it at this point, or filter it further.
- For example, you can add a second filter to show the availability of one Company. Or add more filters to represent a small group of Companies:
Exporting the report
To export the report in spreadsheet form, head to the top right corner of the page. Click Excel.
