Uploading your Event and Company logos

To brand your event, you’ll add logos to MeetMax. We’ll automatically add them to event web pages.

Where is it?

You’ll upload logos from the Configure tab:

  This process installs your logo on MeetMax’s default web page headers. If you’d prefer to use your own custom banner that incorporates your logo and event name, reach out to our Support team.

Image specifications

  • MeetMax supports JPG or PNG files.
  • We recommend using a transparent background.
  • Logos can be uploaded at any size, as long as the file is under 100KB.
  • Depending on your event’s branding, you might want to have two versions of your logo - one for dark backgrounds and one for light.

Uploading the Event Logo

Once you’ve uploaded it, you’ll see the Event logo at the top of registration and login pages, and on the public website MeetMax generates for your event.

Step 1. Head to the Configure tab. Choose Site Design, then Event Logo:
Step 2. On the Event Logo page, click either Upload button.
Depending on your branding, you might need logos for both dark and light backgrounds, or only one of these:
Step 3. Click Browse to choose the file from your computer.
You’ll be able to adjust the cropping on your image as well. It’s a good idea to remove any excess space around the logo.
Click Save to start the upload:
  In our image uploader, transparent backgrounds display as black.
Step 4. After uploading, you’ll be back on the Event Logo page. You’ll see the name of the file you just uploaded, along with Replace and Delete buttons.
MeetMax also creates a set of previews, so you can see this logo on light and dark backgrounds.
If you need to upload another version of the logo, click the other Upload button and repeat these steps:

Uploading the Company Logo

Once you’ve uploaded your Company Logo to any event, it will apply to all events in your MeetMax account. It appears at the top of registration and login pages, as well as on the public website. Think of this as your account’s default branding.

You can change this branding for any event by uploading an Event Logo. That overrides the Company Logo in all pages your participants see. After that, you’ll only see the Company Logo at the top of the Admin pages your team works in.

Step 1. Head to the Configure tab. Choose Site Design, then Company Logo:
Step 2. The Company Logo page works exactly the same as the Event Logo page, so follow the same process as the section above:
You can upload just one version of your logo, or both a light and dark version:

What participants see

Attendees and Companies will see the Event Logo on the registration page:

The logo also appears on all pages a participant sees when they log into MeetMax:

  These pages will be branded for your event, and contain the menu options you’ve enabled.
  MeetMax pulls the event name, location, and dates from the Main Details page.
