What do the numbers on the Meeting Times page mean?

When your Admin team is scheduling meetings in the Meeting Times pages, they’ll see a series of numbers after each participant’s name.

Here’s an example from an Attendee’s Meeting Times page. Each of the Companies Tim Userton wants to meet with has this series of numbers:

Here’s an example from a Company’s Meeting Times Page. The Attendees listed here also have this series of numbers:

  You'll see these numbers in both Moderated and Unmoderated meeting programs.

What the numbers mean

These numbers can be a helpful reminder of:

  • How important this meeting request is to the participant
  • The current demand for meetings with the participant

First number: Rank of the request

This number is most meaningful when your event allows participants to rank their meeting requests by priority. It shows what position this request holds in the participant’s overall list of requests.

In the example below, Jennifer Exemplar has ranked her meeting request fifth in her overall priority list:

Second number: Total number of requests

This number shows how many meeting requests currently involve this participant. (They can be the requestor or the recipient of the request.)

In the example below, Jennifer is part of 7 meeting requests:

Third number: Total confirmed meetings

This number tells you how many confirmed or scheduled meetings this participant currently has.

In the example below, Jennifer has 4 scheduled meetings as of now:
