Using the Company Reports page

On the Company Reports page, you’ll find shortcuts to data you’re likely to need before, during, and after your event.

Where is it?

To visit this page, head to the Reports tab. Then choose Company:

  In addition to these readymade reports, you can also create custom reports from your Company List.

How this list works

The Company Reports page is designed to be a handy link list, where you can quickly access reports from different areas of MeetMax:

Depending on the report, when you click the link you’ll either:

  • Download an Excel file, to open in your favorite spreadsheet software
  • Be taken to a report page in MeetMax (which you can optionally print or export)

Below, you’ll find a short description of each report.

Company Personnel reports

  • Company Reps Spreadsheet: This report downloads to your computer as a spreadsheet. It contains names and email addresses of all Company Reps registered for your event.
  • Company Contacts Spreadsheet: This report downloads as a spreadsheet. It contains the names and contact details of each of your participating Companies’ main contacts.

Schedule reports

This group of reports is the same as if you’d printed schedules from the Attendee List or Company List. The only difference between them is how the list is filtered.

You can customize the format of any of these reports before printing.

  • Print Schedule for all Company Reps: This report displays the current schedules of each Company Rep at your event, arranged alphabetically. The schedules contain meetings, presentations, and activities.
  • Print Schedule for all Companies: This report is similar to the one above, but it includes each Company’s schedule of meetings, presentations, and activities.
  • Schedules with Meetings: This report displays each Company’s current schedule of 1x1 meetings.
  • Schedules with Unexpired Meetings: This report is designed for onsite use at your event. It includes Companies who have confirmed meetings that haven’t happened yet.

Availability reports

  • Co’s with Availability Spreadsheet: This report downloads as a spreadsheet. It includes all Companies that still have availability for 1x1 meetings. It includes contact details for the main Company Contact, and the total number of meeting requests each Company has received.
  • Co’s Without Availability Spreadsheet: This report also downloads as a spreadsheet. It includes all Companies that don’t have availability for 1x1 meetings. This includes Companies that haven’t yet set their availability, and Companies who’ve scheduled all their available time slots. The report includes contact details for the main Company Contact.
  • Company Cancellations: This report is a link to the Company Deletion Log page, showing all Companies who’ve canceled their participation in your event.

Meeting reports

  • Company Meetings: This report is a link to a default saved report on the Company List page. It contains statistics about each Company’s meetings - numbers of requests received, meetings booked, and time slots still available. If you’re using Meeting Feedback, you’ll also see overall satisfaction ratings here.

Guest reports

  • Company Reps and Guests Spreadsheet: This report downloads as a spreadsheet. It includes all Company Reps who’ve added Guests to parts of your event. It also captures hotel, arrival, and activity details.
