Giving a Company Rep admin permissions (Groups Mode)

There might be times when a Company wants to give one of its Company Reps admin access to the Company account. You can set that permission in MeetMax.

Once that’s done, the Company Rep can log into their MeetMax account, and see a new Coordinator tab. That tab has all the Company account admin options:

Enabling admin access for Company Reps

As the event Admin, you’ll add or remove Company admin access from the Form Editor.

  Our Support team needs to enable this option for you.
Step 1. Head to the Attendee Form Editor (Company Reps have the Attendee role):
Step 2. Use the Form version menu to switch to the Admin form:

Step 3. Now that you’re in the Admin form, you’ll add a form field.
Click the Add Field button, and choose Is Company Admin:
Step 4. To save this change, uncheck the box shown below and then click Save:

Giving a Company Rep admin access

Now, you can grant Company Admin access from your own Admin account.

Step 1. Head to the Attendee List page to get started:
Step 2. Filter the list to locate a Company Rep who needs admin access. Then use the Action menu to choose Contact:
Step 3. You’ll now see the Admin version of this Rep’s registration form.
Set Is Company Admin to Yes. Then click Submit:
This Company Rep now has access to administer the Company account.

What the Company Rep sees

When the Company Rep logs into MeetMax, they’ll see their usual account page, with a new option in the menu bar: The Coordinator tab.

This tab contains all of the Company account admin functions:

  If you'd like to customize the options the Company Rep sees here, you can do that in the Company Menu Editor. Keep in mind that these changes will appear for everyone using the Company account.

Depending on how your Attendee menu bar is set up, the Coordinator tab might appear under a More tab:

Once the Rep chooses any item in the Coordinator tab, MeetMax switches them to a Company Admin view.

There’s a label at the top, and the menu bar contains only the Company Admin options:

The Company Rep can go back to their own MeetMax account any time by clicking Return:

Admin functions the Rep can access

From their Coordinator tab, the Company Rep can do these things:

  • 1-on-1 Availability: The Rep can make changes to the Company’s meeting time slots.
  • Leads: If you’re using the Leads feature in your event, the Rep will be able to view and export data on the Attendees who’ve expressed interest in the Company.
  • Profile: The Rep can update the Company’s Profile information
  • Company Reps: The Rep can add Company Reps to the Company account, or remove them.
  • Uploads: The Rep can upload document or image files on behalf of the Company.
  • Group Schedule: The Rep can view the Company’s event schedule.
