To see the total available time slots for each location, head to the Meetings tab. Then choose Meeting Locations, and Location List:
MeetMax uses these factors to calculate the total number of time slots:
- The total number of time slots you’ve created for each day of your event
- The capacity you’ve set for each of your meeting locations. If a location has a capacity of 3, for example, you can schedule 3 concurrent meetings in each time slot. That increases your total available time slots.
- MeetMax removes any blackout times you’ve set for each of your locations.
- If you reserve a meeting location for a participant, that location’s time slots are still part of your total availability. But those slots can only be used by the reservation holder.
- MeetMax also subtracts any scheduled meetings from the availability total.
