How do I delete a batch import?

Any time you import a set of records to MeetMax, you can also delete them as a batch. This includes lists of Attendees, Companies, Invitees, and meeting locations.

When you delete a batch import, that deletes every record in the batch. There isn’t a way to delete only part of a batch.

Step 1. Head to the appropriate List page. We’ll be using the Attendee List here, but the process is the same starting from the Company List, Invitee List, or Meeting Locations List:

Step 2. In the Filter tab, set the filter to Batch Import. You’ll see a menu of the imports you’ve made to this list. Choose the one you need to delete, then click the magnifying glass button:

Step 3. Now, the list displays only the original batch import.

Head to the top right corner of the page. Locate the Delete Imported option. It will look slightly different depending on which list you’re in:

Step 4. Click on Delete Imported, and you’ll be prompted to confirm. At that point, MeetMax deletes all records in the batch.
