What an Attendee sees
Once a meeting has happened, the Attendee can log into MeetMax see the Meeting Feedback menu option:
This page will be branded for your event, and contain the menu options you’ve enabled. |
On the Meeting Feedback page, they’ll see a running list of all the meetings they’ve attended.
If there’s no survey, the Attendee can click their star rating for each meeting:
If the person the Attendee was supposed to meet with didn’t show up, the Attendee can click the No Show icon:
If you’ve added a survey, the Attendee can click any link to open the survey and enter responses for that meeting:
If an Attendee wants to update any feedback they've left, they can click on any meeting’s rating or survey link to make changes:
The Attendee can see their own responses, but they can’t see anyone else’s feedback. |
What a Company Rep sees
When they log into MeetMax, Company Reps will see the Meeting Feedback menu option:
This page will be branded for your event, and contain the menu options you’ve enabled. |
Company Reps can use rating and surveys exactly the way Attendees do - see the section above.
Optional: Hiding meeting feedback from Companies
If you’d prefer that only Attendees use meeting feedback, you can use the Menu Editor to hide this option from Companies:
Company Reps can see their own responses, but no other feedback. Company Reps can’t see feedback left for their Company, unless they’re given Company Administrator permissions. |
Accessing collected feedback
You can access the feedback you’ve gathered in several ways.
Looking at one participant’s feedback
To see all feedback from one Attendee, head to the Attendee List:
To see all feedback from one Company, head to the Company List:
From either list, filter to locate the record you need. Then use the Action menu to choose Meeting Feedback:
On this page, you can see all the feedback this participant has submitted so far. Click any Completed link to see the contents of that survey:
Getting a general view of meeting quality
If a Company isn’t hosting high-value meetings, you might want to reconsider having them participate in your future events. The Company List can help you see how well each Company performed overall.
On the Company List page, head to the Columns tab. Add these columns:
- Incoming Meeting Ratings: The number of star ratings submitted
- Incoming Meeting Ratings (Average): The average of those ratings
With this view, you can get a sense of which Companies had overall higher and lower ratings:
Exporting detailed feedback reports
If you want to export all participants’ meeting feedback in one report, head to the Reports tab, then choose Meeting:
Use either or both of these reports:
- Meeting Feedback Spreadsheet contains the dates, times, and participants of each meeting, along with its star rating.
- Meeting Survey Responses Spreadsheet contains the dates, times, and participants of each meeting, along with all survey answers.
